These Terms govern Getunity Inc. ("philropy") relationship with you when you use the https://philropy.com (“Website”) provided by philropy. By using or accessing the Website you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to you if you are a user of the Website (collectively, "users" or "you"), if you choose to not accept these Terms, it means you can't use the Website.

In addition to reviewing these Terms, you should also read our Privacy Policy to better comprehend how we collect and use your personal information. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to our Privacy Policy.

II. Payments

Rules for Purchases
For all purchases made through philropy, all Users agree that: (i) they will not use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card or other payment method; (ii) they are solely responsible for selecting the correct a card for purchasing; (iii) purchases amounts and Processing Fees will be charged to the credit or debit card or other payment methods you use through Payment Processor.

Payment Processor
philropy provides their customers with a different payment methods to purchase digital philanthropy cards, included Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, GPay and PayPal (collectively, "Payment Processor").

Transaction Fee
The Payment Processor transaction fee for Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay and GPay is 2.59% plus $.49 per transaction and for PayPal Checkout or PayPal Guest Checkout, is 3.49% plus $.49 per transaction. PayPal charges 2.99% for standard debit and credit card payments. The Payment Processor transaction fee is included in the card's purchase price.

Chargebacks and Refunds
All purchases are final and may not be refunded.

III. Ownership and Information of the Website

Intellectual Property Rights
The Website is expressly owned and operated by philropy, unless otherwise noted, the design and content features on the Website, including without limitation, information and other materials, illustrations, product layout and design, icons, navigational buttons, images, artwork, graphics, photography, text, data, audio sound, software, URLs, and the like, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement there of (collectively, the "Website Information"), are owned by philropy or its affiliates, if any, or are licensed by philropy from third parties.

The Website, as a whole and in part, is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights, and all other applicable rights are reserved.

Unless otherwise provided through any other applicable Terms to which you agree, no portion of the Website or Website Information may be reprinted, republished, modified, or distributed in any form without philropy's express written permission. You may not, and these Terms do not give you permission to, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, transmit, sell, distribute, license or create derivative works with respect to the Website or any of the Website Information.

Certain Website Information may be licensed from third parties and all such third party Website Information and all intellectual property and proprietary rights related to such third party Website Information belong to the respective third parties. Use of Website: Website and Website Information is provided on the "As Is" bases
The Website and the Website Information are provided "as is" with all faults. Your use of the Website and the Website Information is at your own risk. The Website or Website Information may contain errors or omission or may be out of date. The Website or Website Information may, without prior notice, change, be deleted or updated at any time.

Children
The Website is not intended for or directed to users under the age of 13. To Sign Up for the Website, you must be 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 13, you only may use Website with permission from your parents or guardians. philropy does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 13. Indemnification

Notwithstanding the above, when you use Payment Processor in order to make a donation, your use of that service is governed by their terms.

philropy respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires those that use our Website. philropy may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, remove or disable access to material through the Website that infringes upon the copyright rights of others. philropy also may, at our discretion, remove or disable links or references to an online location that contains infringing material or infringing activity.

If you believe that your work has been used on the Website in any manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify philropy's copyright agent by written notice. The notice should include the following information:
